These Terms apply to all users, including EU and US customers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.

Hsimracing is a French-based company manufacturing and selling sim racing hardware.

All products are shipped from France.

To make a purchase, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information

We offer physical sim racing hardware. Items are made to order.

Product descriptions, photos, and technical specifications are provided for guidance. Minor variations may occur due to production needs.

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Suspicion of fraud
• Shipping limitations

You will be notified by email if your order is affected.

Prices are displayed in EUR. Prices may change at any time before order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment data.

If your bank or card provider applies exchange rates or fees, they are at your charge.

• Other international destinations (when available at checkout)

7.2. Handling & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on production delays, carrier, destination, and customs.

• In-stock products: shipped within a standard handling time
• Made-to-order products: additional production time applies

You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

7.3. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments (including the USA), duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7.4. Damage on Delivery

If a package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of:

• The packaging
• The product
• The shipping label

8.1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after delivery, except for made-to-order/custom products, hygiene/safety items, or significantly used/damaged products.

To exercise this right, contact us via the contact page or reply to an order email.

8.2. US and Non-EU Returns

Returns accepted, but return shipping + original shipping + any customs/duties are at customer’s charge.

8.3. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent to: 7 rue Claude Debussy, 57400 Sarrebourg, France.

8.4. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-built items
• Clearance or discounted products (if specified)

9.1. EU Customers — Legal Guarantee

2-year legal conformity guarantee · Free repair/replacement for defective goods.

9.2. US Customers — Limited Warranty

1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes misuse/modifications).

9.3. Proof of Purchase

Valid order number required for any claim.

You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account. We may suspend/delete accounts in case of abuse.

We process your data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. No liability for indirect/consequential damages.

We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.).

French law applies. Jurisdiction: French courts (EU consumers may also use official mediation).

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
