What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Their is only transport compagnies who get your data from stickers on parcels. To ship your goods we need to do it… But we NEVER share or use your data for anything else. If you subscribe to newsletter, our system is internal and autonomous to send you e-mails. We have a private database located in a securized datacenter where the whole website data is stored, including your personnal information.

Your contact information

Registered users need to send us shipping and delivery address. We only use their data for that use. We never share them and we take care to secure them. You can contact us in the contact page in the menu to ask us for managing your data.

How we protect your data

We use a ssl certificate with up to date encryption technologie. It’s why you can only browse our website with https only (http is frowarded to https). All data between your browser and our server are encrytped.

We can’t see your password, the system encrypt it and it is impossible for us to give your password back. So, you need to create a new one if you lost it. A special procedure is available to send an e-mail to you.

We have an internal IT security policy to stay everytime up to date regarding updates in our code, pluging and external modules.

We use firewalls (one on provider side another in our website).

We block strange behavior IPs to stop brute force and hacking attacks.

What third parties we receive data from

Google Analytics gives us info about from wich URL you come in our website. It counts how many pages you consult as an generic unamed user and how many people visit the site. We just now your localisation with your internet provider (IP localisation) but not your private data. The main usage for us is to drive our communication and to be sure to have webhosting well sized.
