1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after delivery, except for:

  • Made-to-order or custom products
  • Hygiene or safety items
  • Significantly used or damaged products

To exercise this right, contact us via the contact page or reply to your order email.

2. US and Non-EU Returns

Returns accepted, but return shipping + original shipping + any customs/duties are at customer’s charge.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging

4. Non-Refundable Items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom-built items
  • Clearance or discounted products (when specified)
5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Damage on Delivery

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of:

  • The packaging (showing the external damage)
  • The product (showing the defect)
  • The shipping label

This deadline is critical because, under Article L. 224-65 of the French Consumer Code, you have only 3 working days to file written reserves with the carrier (Colissimo or other) for visible damage. Past this legal deadline, the carrier is no longer liable, which prevents us from obtaining their insurance compensation on your behalf. For severe damage visible at delivery, we strongly recommend either refusing the package or noting written reserves on the carrier’s delivery slip at the moment of receipt.

This notification deadline does not affect your statutory rights: hidden defects discovered later remain covered by the 2-year legal conformity guarantee (Article L. 217-3 of the French Consumer Code).

7. Warranty
  • EU customers: 2-year legal conformity guarantee. Free repair or replacement for defective goods.
  • US customers: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes misuse and modifications).
