All products are shipped from France.

Items are made to order.

Shipping times vary based on production delays, carrier, destination, and customs.
• In-stock products: shipped within a standard handling time
• Made-to-order products: additional production time applies
You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.
7.3. Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments (including the USA), duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7.4. Damage on Delivery
If a package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of:
• The packaging
• The product
• The shipping label
8. Return & Refund Policy
8.1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after delivery, except for:
✔ Made-to-order or custom products
✔ Products that cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons
✔ Products that have been significantly used or damaged

8.2. US and Non-EU Returns
Returns from the USA and non-EU countries are accepted, but:
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customs/duty for the return (if any) are at the customer’s charge

• In unused condition
• In original packaging

Refunds are issued once the product is inspected.

9.2. US Customers — Limited Warranty
For customers in the USA:
• Hardware is covered by a limited warranty of 1 year against manufacturing defects
• Warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, or improper installation

A valid order number is required for any warranty claim.
