Easily transform your Thrustmaster TH8 into a fast 6 gears.
The plate is very reliable as its H shape is made to follow the shiter axis when it moves.
Result: the axis get a contact with the whole plate thickness giving the maximum solidity.

Real appearence is black with carbon FX on top, giving a really nice upgrade.
